Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled IT personnel to manage and support the company’s technology infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.


• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees.


• Ensure data security, backups, and system updates.


• Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT documentation.


• Provide technical support and training to staff.


• Monitor system performance and resolve IT-related problems.


• Assist in implementing new technologies and upgrades.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 1 - 2 years experience in IT support, system administration, or networking.


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Knowledge of IT security, databases, and software applications.


• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
