Responsibilities

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment


• Responds to and investigates complaints from staff / Busmen and assists in taking appropriate action


• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.


• Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.


• Assists in the delivery of related training programs and disseminating information to the Drivers when required.


• Assists in carrying out Safety and Health compliance surveys.


• Assists in investigating accidents or injuries that occur in the company premises / on the road


• Regular patrol check on guards/ police officers to ensure compliance


• Apprehend criminals and evict violators


• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment


• Assists in carrying out inspections of the depot and takes necessary action to ensure compliance.


• Assists in the establishment of workplace safety.


• Assists in the preparation of various reports, documents and forms as required.


• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
