  • We are seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team.

  • They will be responsible for building relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow sales revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and high-end clients.

  • Promote and sell aesthetic treatments and products to prospective and existing clients.

  • Provide product knowledge and consultation to customers to ensure they choose the right treatments.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications




  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or healthcare.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and drive results.

  • A high level of discipline, professionalism, and customer service.

  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales is an advantage.

  • A self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset.
