Job Summary
- The Senior Strategy Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- This role involves conducting market research, assessing competitive landscapes, and working closely with key stakeholders to align corporate strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business processes and policies and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Design the process of translating the company strategy into the scorecard maps and business objectives.
- Facilitate the identification of barriers to achieving company objectives and develop an approach that allows EZM and its client to overcome the barriers.
- Ensure effective monitoring of all strategic initiatives with a focus on optimizing effective management, consolidating such initiatives, and/or eliminating those not delivering strategic benefits.
- Support review of the business of EZM and its client companies and facilitate the development of periodic business performance reports.
- Prepare performance reports.
- Develop and recommend company-wide performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop and ensure strategy implementation for performance assessment and process improvement for EZM & client companies.
- Structure and perform analysis and conduct primary research to uncover insights and identify and validate value creation opportunities for EZM.
- Provide operational insights to achieve key performance indicators.
- Summarize insights from analysis and communicate analytical findings to be presented to the management.
- Undertake market analysis, modeling, portfolio metric reporting, and operational support related to EZM and CC's business objective.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A masters degree or MBA is an advantage.
- 6–9 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
