Position Overview




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with a robust background in real estate and property sales, particularly in the management of luxurious building projects. 

  • The successful candidate will lead our sales efforts, driving revenue growth while overseeing the marketing department. 

  • This role requires an individual with a proven track record in luxury real estate sales and an ability to create and execute strategies that will elevate our brand in the market.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for our luxury properties.

  • Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team to ensure optimal performance and professional development.

  • Oversee the marketing department to create impactful marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and attract potential buyers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the real estate sector.

  • Collaborate with the construction and design teams to ensure the sales narrative aligns with the product offerings.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

  • Organize and participate in property viewings, exhibitions, and marketing events aimed at promoting properties.

  • Monitor industry changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Experience and Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management within the real estate sector, with a focus on luxury properties.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
