Responsibilities




  • This role will focus on driving sales for exclusive residential developments in the prestigious areas of Ikoyi and Victoria Island, Lagos.

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, ensuring maximum occupancy, managing relationships with potential buyers, and driving revenue growth. 



Sales Leadership & Strategy:




  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the promotion and sale of luxury apartments in Ikoyi and Victoria Island.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets, ensuring performance goals are met and exceeded.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.



Client Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and other key stakeholders.

  • Provide personalized sales presentations and consultations to potential buyers, highlighting the unique selling points of our luxury properties.

  • Negotiate terms and close high-value transactions, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business profitability.



Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:




  • Track sales performance, report on key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.

  • Analyze sales data and feedback to adjust strategies, identify areas for improvement, and optimize results.



Team Collaboration & Training:




  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to develop sales materials, campaigns, and promotions.

  • Ensure that the sales team is well-trained, knowledgeable, and up-to-date on property features, market trends, and sales techniques.



Market Presence & Networking:




  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and property exhibitions to enhance the company’s brand visibility.

  • Represent the company at high-end real estate shows and conferences in Lagos and beyond.



Desired Skills and Experience




  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.

  • Proven track record of successfully selling luxury properties, with a strong understanding of the real estate market in Lagos, particularly in Ikoyi and Victoria Island.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and sales cycles simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
