As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and increasing sales of our honey products through direct field marketing and business development.
You will play a crucial role in brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers, including households, hotels, hospitals, pharmacies, retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and direct consumers.
Promote and sell honey products through door-to-door sales, market activations, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and business development efforts.
Requirements
Minimum of OND in any related field.
Proven experience in FMCG or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
