Job Description



  • To develop and implement materials resources management strategies that support effective operations such as managing utilities, maintenance of assets, logistics, and other services.

  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies,and procedures.

  • Provide adequate security within the premises.

  • Monitor the activities of the stores and purchasing unit.

  • Ensure provision of power and facility management

  • Provision of Protocol Services to the group

  • Liaisonwithcompanylawyersandotherserviceproviders

  • Liaison with external regulatory agencies associated with daily company administration

  • Organized document management for the company and understand ISO9001:2015 qualitymanagementsystem.

  • Reporting


Requirements / Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related filed

  • An MBA will be an added advantage

  • Experience in a related field, such as management of facilities, logistics, stores and customer service preferrable.

  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resourcemanagement skills.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal,and verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with computers, especially MSOffice.

  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
