- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of asphalt paving machinery to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems on various types of paving equipment.
- Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
