Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. They will also focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the real estate, construction, or related industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop client-focused solutions.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
