Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to a Executive Director. 

  • The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience in legal, tax, or consulting environments is highly preferred.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.

  • Handle correspondence, draft emails, letters, and reports, and ensure timely responses.

  • Conduct legal and tax research, compile reports, and assist with document preparation.

  • Organize and maintain confidential files, contracts, and legal documents.

  • Coordinate client meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.

  • Assist in case management, billing, and invoicing.

  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.

  • Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and external partners on behalf of the executive.

  • Monitor deadlines for tax filings, legal cases, and regulatory compliance.

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing calls and office operations.



Key Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a legal, tax, or consulting environment.

  • Strong understanding of legal and tax terminology.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research tools, and case management software.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Experience working in a law firm, tax advisory firm, or professional services industry.

  • Familiarity with tax regulations, legal documentation, and compliance requirements.

  • Certification in Project Management or Office Administration is a plus.
