The Position

• We are seeking the Production Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the entire furniture manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.


• This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and process optimization skills to meet production targets and maintain high industry standards.

Job Description

• Monitor daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.


• Update the portal daily to reflect a real time status of produced items


• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders


• Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards in furniture production.


• Conduct regular inspections and enforce corrective actions for defects or deviations.


• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.


• Identify areas for process improvement feasible.


• Supervise production team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standard.


• Assign tasks and responsibilities to production teams, ensuring alignment with client specifications


• Provide regular reports on production efficiency, challenges, and improvements to senior management.


• Collaborate with other departments such as woodwork, upholstery, welding, spraying, logistics, to ensure smooth operations.


• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in furniture manufacturing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 6 years in a production management role, preferably in furniture manufacturing.


• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and finishing processes.


• Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and process optimization.


• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.


• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in production management software.
