Job Summary

• We are seeking a Production Superintendent to supervise and optimize our production processes at our Ikeja factory. 


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, support in maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of products.


• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet demand requirements.


• Enforce quality control standards to maintain product excellence.


• Optimize manpower allocation and ensure adherence to safety regulations.


• Monitor equipment performance and liaise with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience

• HND / BSc in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or related fields.


• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the foam or related industry.


• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control techniques espececially in the FMCG Sector.
