Responsibilities




  • Social Media Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Implement digital strategies to attract new leads, convert prospects into customers, and drive sales growth.

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials to engage and inform our target audience.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies to refine marketing approaches.

  • SEO & Paid Ads Management: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage Google Ads & social media advertising for increased reach.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and improve engagement.Performance Tracking: Use data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to measure campaign effectiveness and report on KPIs.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing and market-driven sales.

  • Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing.
