Job Summary
- The accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating accounting functions and programs.

- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Processing and payment of all payables and follow-up on receivables
- Assisting with annual audit preparations.
- Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
- Maintaining the General Ledger and ensuring its accuracy
- Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Promote company services
- Any other responsibility as advised by management
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant in a professional and corporate environment or similar role.
- Proven experience with SAGE accounting software.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
