Job Summary




  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing Officer to manage ticket reservations, sales, and customer inquiries. The role involves handling bookings, issuing tickets, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all ticketing transactions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Ticket Booking & Sales: Process customer bookings, reservations, and ticket sales via online systems, phone, or in person.

  • Customer Service: Assist customers with ticket-related inquiries, including pricing, availability, refunds, and cancellations.

  • Payment Processing: Handle various payment methods, issue invoices, and ensure accurate transaction records.

  • System Management: Use ticketing software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre for travel; Eventbrite for events) to issue and manage tickets.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and booking details for audit purposes.

  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and travel/event terms and conditions.

  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, booking errors, or system issues promptly.

  • Collaboration: Work with other departments (operations, finance, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.



Requirements




  • The candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree / HND in relevant fields

  • Experience: 3 - 5 years
