Job Description
The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The role requires strong communication skills, product and service knowledge, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum HND/B.Sc in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field & completed NYSC
- Must live within Anthony, Maryland, or its environs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and to work effectively in a high-intensity atmosphere (speed and accuracy are of the essence)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel & word.
- Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to upsell & cross-sell
- Ability to generate leads
- Must be fast at typing.
- Must be conversant with social media communication platforms (Instagram, Facebook, tiktok, Whatsapp)
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Must be available for immediate employment
Job Roles
- Process orders from the website accurately, speedily, and efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
- Assist customers with product and service selection based on their needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate logistics by liasing with 3rd party logistics and tracking orders
Dress code
Work Hours
- Monday- Friday: 9am-5pm
- Saturday: 10am-2pm
