• We are looking for a Project Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation Focus) to oversee the design, implementation, and assessment of our training programs.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), and data-driven decision-making to ensure that our initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development & Implementation

• Design and develop training programs that align with industry needs and SoftPal CSSL’s strategic goals.


• Ensure effective delivery of assigned projects.


• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, instructor coordination, and learner engagement.


• Identify risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
