About the Role




  • We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities




  • Receive and process onsite/online orders.

  • Convert leads into actual sales.

  • Liaise with and manage courier delivery companies.

  • Develop and maintain updated customer and vendor lists.

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.

  • Organize and prepare for exhibitions and outdoor sales events.

  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.

  • Work in line with company policies to achieve set sales targets.

  • Send daily email blasts, WhatsApp messages, and bulk SMS.

  • Monitor online trends and inventory.

  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Answer first-line customer queries and complaints.

  • Report discrepancies and operational issues to the Operations Manager.

  • Guide customers on product selection and resolve complaints effectively.

  • Collaborate with management to execute online sales campaigns.

  • Perform any other assigned duties.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND with 1 - 3 years experience.

  • Must reside in or around Lekki , Lagos.

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online sales platforms is an advantage.

  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
