What You’ll Do:

• Handle complex corporate transactions and advisory matters


• Provide strategic legal counsel on regulatory compliance and corporate governance


• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements


• Engage in due diligence, risk assessment, and legal structuring


• Collaborate with senior management to drive business-forward legal solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-6 years of post-call experience in corporate/commercial law


• Strong background in M&A, compliance, and regulatory advisory
