Job Description

• Verifying employment details of prospective candidates, including education, residential address and criminal records, for clients etc.


• Coordinating with the Human Resource team and Line managers for employment & reference verification


• Solving specific enquiries pertaining to background verification as and when requested


• Flagging the candidate reports as per the norms of the organisation


• Maintaining track of cases for future reference 


• Collecting information and generating within the required time frame.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in background verification


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Must have a keen eye for noticing discrepancies


• Proficiency in riding of motorbike
