We are seeking 3 talented and proactive Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy and enhance our online presence.
The Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across various social media platforms.
You will create engaging content, interact with our audience, and contribute to building a strong online community for Pad-Up Creations Limited.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, and videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence.
Schedule and publish content in a timely and consistent manner.
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
Assist with basic photography tasks for social media content creation.
Requirements
Proven experience (minimum of 4 years) managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations, FMCG is an advantage.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and brand-consistent content.
Basic understanding of visual content creation and a willingness to learn and apply basic photography skills for social media purposes.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Ability to analyze social media data and generate reports.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
Must be willing to relocate to Minna, Niger State.
