As a Store Attendant at Pad-Up Creations, you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, cleaning displays, and ensuring the store is presentable.
Process customer transactions, including handling cash and card payments.
Promote Pad-Up Creations' products and services to customers.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking new products.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media outreach and in-store events.
Qualifications
OND / NCE or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 1
Passion for social impact and women's empowerment.
Computer literate and social media savvy.
Willing to resume immediately.
Resides within Gwarimpa Plaza, Karimo, or Kado Fish Market.
