- Learning and development coordinator plans and implements training programs for companies both large and small. This can include training for everyone from company leaders, such as executive-level managers, to entire departments throughout an organization.
Responsibilities
- The main purpose behind this career is to match companies with the right training so their workforce can continually build new skills and develop to become an industry leaders.
- Below are the responsibilities to take note of;
- Provide overall L&D strategy for our Nigerian Business – FMCG
- Design, Develop and Deliver structured programs across levels in the organization
- Learning needs Identification
- Understand the business and the needs of the business across functions
- Create an L&D roadmap and execute implementation of the same
- Interfacing with all stakeholders – HODs & Team Leads
- Conduct periodic evaluation of training programs
- Review the L&D strategy from time to time
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or M.Sc. in a related field.
- 3 - 6 years work experience.
- Candidates should have profound knowledge of Sales and Training
- Candidates should be certified; in NITAD or ITF, or must have completed an L and D Course on Coursera.
Skills:
- A deep understanding of learning theory: You must comprehend how people learn, along with the methods and best practices for effectively teaching them.
- Research and analysis: You need the ability to effectively research potential educational systems and analyze the impact training programs have on a workforce.
- Superb communication and speaking abilities: You’ll collaborate with key decision-makers daily and frequently speak to small and large groups.
- Technology support: You’ll be responsible for overseeing digital training platforms and handling user support.
Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 monthly.
