We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and deepening existing relationships with customers in the VI and Lekki areas.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships.
Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the VI and Lekki areas.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and growth.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the bank's products and services, including loans, deposits, and payment solutions.
Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand the bank's customer base.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
Proven sales track record, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong product knowledge, with the ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the bank's products and services.
