Job Summary

• Tamak Logistics is seeking a proactive Telemarketer/Telesales Officer to drive sales through effective customer engagement and lead conversion. 


• The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Tamak Logistics’ services.


• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.


• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets of N1 million to earn commissions.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.


• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Logistics, or E-commerce is an advantage.


• Strong persuasive and communication skills.


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.


• Must reside within Lagos metropolis.


• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
