Job Competency Requirements

1. Oversee the organization’s treasury operations, including managing cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.


2. Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure effective risk management.


3. Manage investment portfolios, focusing on Treasury Bills, bonds, and other financial instruments.


4. Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies.


5. Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for investment decisions.


6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the efficient movement of funds and financial resources.


7. Analyze and manage financial risks, including interest rate, liquidity, and currency risks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.


2. 4+ years of experience in treasury operations, with a strong understanding of Treasury Bills, policies, and financial markets.


3. Strong knowledge of financial instruments, particularly Treasury Bills, and financial markets.


4. Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.


5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


6. Proficiency in treasury management systems and Microsoft Office tools.


7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:

Net Pay Range: ₦250,000 - ₦300,000
