Job Summary:




  • Our client, a 360 Degree Marketing Firm, is seeking a Corporate Strategy & Brand Manager to lead and execute its strategic brand initiatives, ensuring consistent brand positioning and reputation across all platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand strategy, corporate communications, public relations, and overall brand management to enhance visibility, credibility, and market leadership.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives, aligning with the company's overall mission and vision.

  • Define and maintain the company's brand positioning, unique value proposition, and messaging framework.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's visual identity, including logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery.

  • Create and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing materials, website, social media, and advertising.

  • Develop and maintain key messaging frameworks, including core messages, elevator pitches, and boiler plates.

  • Manage the company's brand assets, including logos, images, and videos, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible, and properly used and oversees the entire content creation process from inception to completion.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams,including marketing, communications, sales,and product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

  • Manage budgets for brand-related initiatives, including advertising, events, and sponsorships.

  • Track and analyses key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and informs future strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the company's brand presence.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to inform strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders,department heads, and external partners to align strategic objectives and secure buy-in.

  • Lead or participate in special projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships.

  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

  • Oversee all internal and external corporate communications, including press releases, speeches, and thought leadership content and Manage relationships with media houses, digital, print, PR, and events

  • Support corporate and brand activations, including sponsorships, conferences, and networking events and ensure seamless execution of brand- focused events that align with marketing objectives.



Requirements & Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

  • 3-5years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or marketing within a 360-marketing firm, agency, or related industry.

  • Strong strategic thinking, brand storytelling, and communication skills.

  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform brand strategies.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute branding campaigns with measurable impact.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, PR, and reputation management.

  • Experience managing media relations, crisis communication, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, social media analytics, and CRM tools.

  • Ability to multitask, manage teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.
