Responsibilities

• Extend warm greetings to customers.


• Present the menu and accurately take food and drink orders.


• Serve orders with precision and collect correct bill payments.


• Create inviting table settings, ensuring a tidy dining area.


• Manage the flow of dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.


• Collaborate with restaurant staff to review daily specials and menu changes.


• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements and Skills

• SSCE/OND qualification.


• Proficient in basic math.


• Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.


• Display intelligence and adaptability.


• Previous experience as a waitress is a plus.


• Reside within Abuloma Odili axis in Port Harcourt.
