Responsibilities

Instruction and Lesson Delivery:

• Incorporate technology and other resources to enhance learning.

Curriculum and Assessment:

• Prepare and follow schemes of work.


• Develop and administer tests, assignments, and other assessments.


• Grade student work and provide constructive feedback.


• Ensure lessons meet educational standards and learning objectives.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain an orderly and respectful learning environment.


• Manage student behavior effectively, using appropriate strategies.


• Foster an atmosphere that encourages collaboration and participation.

Student Support:

• Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special needs.


• Provide extra help or enrichment for struggling or advanced students.


• Mentor and guide students in academic and personal development.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated with advancements in the subject area and pedagogy.


• Attend workshops, training, and other professional development activities.


• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
