Responsibilities




  • Record and keep accurate information on stock

  • Overseeing daily/weekly/monthly stock-takingUpdate the stock book

  • Prompt distribution of products to branches and outlets as requested.

  • Ensure there is no damage of products arising from personal handling.

  • Provide stock reports as and at when needed

  • Ensure periodic stock-taking and submission of stock reconciliation report

  • Safeguard the store

  • Monitoring of sales of products through branch stock report before releasing products

  • Ensure adequate stock of products and materials to avoid stock out.

  • Ensure products are picked up for delivery to branches as at when due.

  • Recruitment - Support AM and BMto ensure that staff who have a key role in the management of stock have the necessary or transferable skills and are a right for the company.

  • Training - Provide training and understanding to various departments regarding stock control.

  • Manage the company stock system

  • Other ad hoc projects relating to stock and system management.



Requirements




  • Minimum of a Degree in a related field

  • Must be computer literate

  • At least 1 year experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Teamworking skills

  • Strong attention to details

  • Analytical Skills

  • Preferable between 20- 40 years of age.
