Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.


• Certification: Must be registered and licensed by the relevant health or laboratory regulatory body.


• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Attention to detail and accuracy in testing and reporting.


• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment & Conditions

• Work in a laboratory setting with exposure to biological specimens and chemicals.


• Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays, depending on the facility.


• Standing for long periods and handling potentially infectious materials
