  • Manage store operations, lead a team, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee daily operations and store performance.

  • Lead, train, and manage store staff.

  • Achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.

  • Monitor inventory and stock levels.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.

  • Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with policies.

  • Report on sales, inventory, and staff performance.



Requirements

Education and Experience:




  • High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree is a plus).

  • Minimum of one and maximum of two years of retail management experience.

  • Proven sales and team leadership experience.



Skills and Qualifications:




  • Leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency with POS and inventory systems.

  • Customer service and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



Remuneration




  • Salary: N70,000 - N80,000 monthly
