Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the menu planning,and overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and check the quality of ingredients.
- Keeps a sanitize and orderly environment in the kitchen.
- Monitore stock, place and take stock of ingredients
- Ensure all goods and other items in the kitchen are stored properly
- Ensure great presentation of dishes before served
- Setting up work station with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- The candidate must be able to prepare both continental and African dishes with good knowledge of pastries.
- The candidate should be able to prepare barbecue point and kill and other related dishes.
HOUSE KEEPING MANAGER:
- The ideal candidates shall be responsible for the hotel general cleanliness and provides sanitary amenities to guest
- Supervise the process of vacuum and floor sweeping.
- Endure the cleanliness and sanitation of guest toilet ,bath room showers etc.
- Supervise the cleanliness and sanitization of public areas.
- Supervise the subordinate in making bed and changing linen
- Ensure that subordinate empty all trashes and receptacles and replenish toiletries daily.
- Perform all other function incidental to his position.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST RESIDES IN LAGOS.
