Job Purpose




  • Cordros Asset Management Limited seeks a dynamic and results-driven Head of Mutual Funds to lead our mutual fund marketing and AUM (Assets Under Management) growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing retail sales strategies, driving customer acquisition, and expanding our market share in the industry.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow all assigned Mutual Funds products.

  • Self-generate sales leads from various engagement initiatives within defined territory.

  • Leverage digital marketing and fintech solutions to enhance the accessibility of mutual fund products.

  • Drive retail investor engagement via online platforms, mobile apps, and social media.

  • Develop strategies for client retention, cross-selling, and upselling investment products.

  • Monitor digital customer journeys and enhance conversion rates through data-driven insights.

  • Establish feedback loops to continuously improve customer experience and service delivery.

  • Drive brand awareness through strategic partnerships, media engagements, and financial education initiatives.

  • Position the firm as a leading retail asset management provider in the market.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, webinars, and outreach programs.

  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Generate and submit sales reports as at when due – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual reports and any other reports required.



Job Requirements



Education




  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • A Second Degree and/or Completion of Relevant Professional Certification will be an added advantage



Work Experience




  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, asset management, or financial services, with a strong track record in mutual fund sales.



Key Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge




  • Strong knowledge of mutual fund distribution and financial advisory.

  • Experience in digital wealth management and technology-driven sales strategies.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with regulators.

  • Proven track record in achieving aggressive AUM growth targets.
