Job Summary:




  • The Senior Sales Officer plays a critical role in driving the company’s strategic growth initiatives. This position is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, managing key client and partner relationships, and supporting the execution of comprehensive growth strategies.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead Sales Growth: Drive revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities while managing key client relationships.

  • Strategic Client Engagement: Develop tailored sales strategies, conduct client meetings, and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze market data, and provide insights to enhance sales performance.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Leverage your expertise in contract negotiation to close high-value deals with efficiency.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with all team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales targets, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of KPIs.



Requirement:




  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Experience in sales of Service is key.
