Responsibilities 




  • Drive the expansion and execution of our services in the oil and gas sector

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients and investors

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth while in partnership for Development, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (D&EPC) for significant infrastructure and energy systems

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals

  • Conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses and develop go-to-market strategies for new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and potential clients 

  • Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion within specified timeline 

  • Track, prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management 



Requirements 




  • 7–10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector as a Business Development Manager 

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and contract negotiation within the oil and gas sector

  • Strong project and people management experience 

  • Strong communication skills and commercial acumen

  • B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Business Administration or any relevant field
