Drive the expansion and execution of our services in the oil and gas sector
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients and investors
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth while in partnership for Development, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (D&EPC) for significant infrastructure and energy systems
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with regulatory requirements
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals
Conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses and develop go-to-market strategies for new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and potential clients
Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion within specified timeline
Track, prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector as a Business Development Manager
Proven track record in sales, business development, and contract negotiation within the oil and gas sector
Strong project and people management experience
Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Business Administration or any relevant field
