Responsibilities




  • Manage the company’s fleet daily 

  • Serve as first contact point at the Support Office 

  • Oversee office administration, and facility operations to ensure seamless daily activities

  • Implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and office supplies, ensuring all administrative needs are met

  • Collaborate with other departments to align administrative support with organizational goals 



Requirements




  • 5years fleet and admin experience 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Must possess good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills

  • Candidate must reside within Mowe, Ibafo, and its environs
