Job Summary

• Technical Motor Assistant to support our team in the daily operations of transporting equipment and materials.


• The ideal candidate will assist in vehicle maintenance, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring safety standards are met during transport.


• This role is essential to ensure smooth operations and adherence to technical standards in support of logistics and transport teams.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Assistance:

• Assist in the loading and unloading of products ensuring proper handling and securing of products.


• Support the operator in navigating routes and keeping to schedules for timely deliveries.


• Monitor the vehicle and cargo during transit to ensure safety.

Technical Support and Maintenance:

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to check for any maintenance needs or repairs.


• Assist in minor repairs and routine maintenance under the guidance of the operator.


• Report any equipment issues or potential hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while on the job.


• Assist in emergency procedures, such as roadside assistance or mechanical troubleshooting when needed.


• Follow company policies regarding transport, handling, and equipment usage

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical or automotive fields is a plus.


• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.


• Previous experience in a logistics, transport, or automotive support role is preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.
