The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Candidates should possess an HND with 3–7 years as a Chef with experience in a professional kitchen
- Proven ability to handle kitchen operations, including menu planning, cost control, and staff management.
- Expertise in different cuisines (e.g., continental, African, Asian, Mediterranean).
- Proficiency in baking, pastry, or grilling (if required).
- Strong knowledge of food presentation and plating techniques.
- Experience in inventory management and cost control.
- Strong time management and ability to handle pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and guest preferences.
- Creativity and adaptability to menu changes.
- Cleanliness, discipline, and attention to detail.
