Responsibilities

• Lead Production operations daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.


• Manage the production workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.


• Guide and coach furnace operators, sorters and Iron remover staff and contract workers on Day and Night shift٫ monitoring their productivity


• Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.


• Perform verification of production output according to specifications in each production shift.


• Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to General Manager


• Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance on furnace equipment.


• Maintain accurate records of furnace performance, material usage, and maintenance activities.


• Work with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.


• Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements daily


• Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.


• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience


• 2+ years of Experience in non-ferrous (lead/aluminum ingots) recycling Industry.


• Strong organizational and managerial skills


• Communication and reporting skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to lead a team

• Creativity and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
