Position Summary
- The Technical Assistant provides high-level analytical and strategic support to the Managing Director, ensuring well-informed decision-making in the power and gas systems industry.
- This role is responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends, performing feasibility studies, and assessing risks to identify business opportunities and challenges.

Essential Job Function
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, industry opportunities, competitive landscapes, and challenges affecting the company’s operations.
- Analyze industry trends and economic factors to provide data-driven recommendations for strategic business direction and growth.
- Perform in-depth feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate potential investments, expansion opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Develop detailed business models to support strategic planning, optimize revenue streams, and enhance investment decisions.
- Leverage data analytics to extract actionable insights, forecast business outcomes, and support corporate decision-making.
- Track, monitor, and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and refine technical reports, white papers, and high-impact presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical and operational departments to collect, interpret, and relay critical project information.
- Develop structured briefing materials and executive reports to facilitate strategic discussions and leadership decision-making.
- Handle confidential and sensitive business information with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical, strategic, or analytical role within the oil, gas, or energy sector.
Technical Skills & Competence Requirements:
