Key Responsibilities:

Inventory and Stock Management:

• Conduct daily stock analysis and initiate POs to ensure Express SKUs maintain optimal stock levels.


• Monitor stock movements, ensure inbound and outbound accuracy, and prevent variances.


• Manage shrinkage levels and ensure proper stock placement to maintain safety and efficiency.

Order Fulfillment and Dispatch Management:

• Ensure timely outbound of orders with an efficient dispatch schedule.


• Coordinate with 3PL partners to maintain smooth dispatch operations.


• Review SLAs and ensure that logistics costs remain optimized.

Compliance and Audit Readiness:

• Maintain audit readiness and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.


• Conduct periodic internal audits and address gaps promptly.


• Implement HSE protocols to maintain a safe warehouse environment.

Business Alignment and Profitability:

• Collaborate with Demand and Procurement teams to achieve business goals.


• Continuously assess and optimize operational processes to safeguard organizational interests.


• Own P&L and develop strategies to improve operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch coordination.


• Strong understanding of ERP systems and 3PL vendor management.


• Proven expertise in optimizing stock movements and dispatch efficiency.
