Job Summary:




  • We are seeking a stylish, social media savvy Sales Associate to lead our sales team and drive showroom performance. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, maintain high standards in product presentation, and cultivate strong client relationships—all while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with our brand vision.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable showroom experience.

  • Maintain impeccable product presentation and manage inventory to support optimal showroom performance.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality stock management.

  • Lead initiatives to increase showroom traffic and enhance sales conversion rates.

  • Manage the showroom’s social media presence, including content creation, regular updates, and basic oversight.

  • Proven experience in sales and team leadership, preferably within the fashion industry.

  • A keen eye for style with an up-to-date understanding of current fashion trends.

  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management across platforms.
