Job Summary
- The Technical Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and technical support to senior management, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.
- The Technical Personal Assistant combines the administrative duties of a personal assistant with technical skills to support a manager or team, encompassing tasks like scheduling, communication, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to align with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define, develop, and execute strategic and operational plans for growth and implement new processes/initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintaining records, filing, and organizing documents.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior executives
- Provide advanced technical support for software, hardware, and IT systems
- Develop, implement, and maintain technical processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate as needed
- Coordinate projects, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Ensure data security, compliance, and confidentiality
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Technical proficiency in data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
