  • The Technical Personal Assistant combines the administrative duties of a personal assistant with technical skills to support a manager or team, encompassing tasks like scheduling, communication, and technical troubleshooting.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement operational strategies to align with overall business objectives.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define, develop, and execute strategic and operational plans for growth and implement new processes/initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

  • Maintaining records, filing, and organizing documents.

  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior executives

  • Provide advanced technical support for software, hardware, and IT systems

  • Develop, implement, and maintain technical processes and procedures

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate as needed

  • Coordinate projects, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and successful execution

  • Ensure data security, compliance, and confidentiality



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.

  • 5+ years of experience in an executive support role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Technical proficiency in data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
