Job Description

Strategic Leadership:

• Project Management: Drive and manage digital transformation projects.


• Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to leverage Industry 4.0 opportunities.


• Portfolio Leadership: Lead a digital project portfolio across the value chain.

Technology Integration:

• Tool Evaluation: Evaluate and select reliable, secure, and scalable tools and technologies.


• AI/ML Integration: Integrate AI/ML solutions for data analysis, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection.


• IIoT Management: Manage IIoT implementations, facilitate innovation, and collaborate with vendors. Process Analysis & Improvement:


• Opportunity Identification: Analyze business processes to identify digital transformation opportunities.


• Sustainable Projects: Implement IIoT-based sustainable projects aligned with business goals.


• Digital Solutions: Evaluate processes with a data science perspective and provide digital solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and technology partners.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• BE/BTech, ME/MTech (Computer Science/Information Technology), MCA, IT, ECE, EI, or related IoT/AI/ML specialization.


• Proficiency in Python and Java, cloud-based platforms, and data visualization tools is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with RTOS and IIoT hardware, including sensors, controllers, and gateways.


• Strong understanding of data science principles, AI/ML frameworks, and data management.
