Responsibilities
- Source for new clients; manage client relationships,
- Identifying opportunities for new businesses and sales presentation delivery.
- Prepare customers proposals and quotations, also handle correspondences
- Provide client with excellent customer service delivery.
- Attend appointments/meetings with customers.
- Act as contact between the organization and clients thereby attending to queries/ objections, offering quality service advice and promoting the products of the organization.
- Conduct Sales visits to existing customers in order to grow volume.
- Maintaining accurate sale records.
- Meeting and exceeding set sales goals and objectives.
- Resolve customer complaints by working with HCBU, Risk Dept. and Operations Dept. to investigate problems and develop logical/lasting solutions.
- Providing Accounts dept. with new account details for monthly billing through HCBU.
- Follow up on monthly invoices preparation and timely dispatch
- Collection of receivables.
- Work with HCBU to monitor’s marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed.
- Prepare and submit Sales performance report on weekly & monthly basis to HCBU
- Provide support to the Head of the team.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the HCBU
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND
- 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Must have a good knowledge of supply chain management.
Remuneration
N120,000 Monthly.
