Job Summary




  • As a Personal Assistant to the Branch Manager, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

  • You will be responsible for managing the Branch Manager's schedule, coordinating events, and handling administrative tasks.



Responsibilities




  • Manage the Branch Manager's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Handle administrative tasks, including email management, data entry, and filing

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.



Requirements




  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related administrative role

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
