  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.

  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and interviews.

  • Screen telephone calls/messages, take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.

  • Manage the Director’s itinerary and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Plan trips, arrange domestic and international flights, transportation, and accommodation for Directors.

  • Manage Director's personal and business diaries.

  • Coordinate events and otherengagements.

  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.

  • Handle requests and queries from clients appropriately.

  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs

  • Devise and maintain an office filing system

  • Prepare for board meetings, which include drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents, and organizing refreshments.

  • Perform personal errands for the Managing Director as required.



Job Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law, or other related fields

  • Minimum of 4 years proven work experience as a Personal Assistant to a high level executive.

  • Preferably a male for gender balance

  • A lawyer will be of a betteradvantage

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • MS Office and English proficiency.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Tech-savvy and experienced with word processing and email programs.

  • Active listening and good communication skills.

  • Strong time-management and organisation skills.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Discretion and confidentiality
