Job Summary




  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact brand activations that drive consumer engagement and brand visibility.

  • This role requires a dynamic and hands-on leader who can manage multiple activation projects, oversee field teams, and ensure seamless execution.

  • The Activations Supervisor will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver top-tier experiential marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.



Job Duties




  • Plan, execute, and oversee brand activations and experiential marketing campaigns.

  • Supervise activation teams, including brand ambassadors and field staff, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Coordinate logistics, branding materials, and deployment schedules for all activations.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, brand guidelines, and company standards.

  • Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and reports on campaign performance.

  • Analyze activation success metrics and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Optimize budget utilization to maximize activation impact and ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, and digital teams, to enhance campaign effectiveness.



Job Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in brand activations, field marketing, or experiential marketing.

  • Previous experience in an experiential marketing agency is highly preferred.

  • Strong project management, leadership, and team coordination skills.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools.

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
